How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to team@impat.co.in from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line:
   Account Deletion Request
3. Our team will verify your request and process it within 7 business days.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your customer account
• Saved addresses
• Wishlist and other account-related preferences (if applicable)
• Other personal information associated with your account that is no longer required

What May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Order history
• Invoice and transaction records
• Tax and accounting records
• Information required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance

Any retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable law.
